An important seminar on the difficulties and solutions of learning English was presented by some students of the English Department

On Wednesday, 14th of February, a seminar was held by two students of English Department namely; Karzan S. Ibrahim and Fatima A. Alasaad at Khalil Khayali's hall, under the supervision of Mr. Ivan H. Murad. The seminar was entitled ‘the difficulties in learning English and their solutions’. The primary aim behind presenting this seminar was to help all students overcome the difficulties that they face in the process of learning English language. The target level of the seminar was the first year students.

However, as the topic seemed very interesting for the students, the hall was all occupied by students from different levels. All the areas of the language were covered in this seminar. Students were very active and enthusiastic about the topic of the seminar. They could add new information and ask several questions relating to the difficulties they face in learning English language. At the end, the students thought that the seminar was very informative and useful and that they made a good use of the information presented.
